Delivery policy
Raqeem Fresh delivers fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs in Narowal. This page explains how delivery works in plain words. Anything not written here is confirmed with you on WhatsApp at 0304 7773877 when you order.
Where we deliver
We deliver within Narowal city.
Message us on WhatsApp at 0304 7773877 with your street or area before you order. We will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.
Delivery timing
When your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, the delivery time is agreed with you there and then, so you know when to expect it.
Delivery charges
There is no set delivery fee yet.
If a delivery charge applies to your order, we tell you on WhatsApp when the order is confirmed, before anything is packed.
Same-hour delivery
We aim to deliver within the hour inside Narowal city. This is a target, not a guarantee: your area, the time you order and what is available that day all affect it. Ask on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Receiving your order
Fresh produce should not sit outside. Please make sure someone is home to receive the order at the agreed time.
Check your items when they arrive. If anything is not right, tell the rider or message us the same day.
If we cannot deliver
If a delivery cannot be completed, for example when no one is available to receive it, we contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to rearrange.
