Refund and replacement policy
Fresh produce is perishable, so we handle problems quickly and simply. If something in your order is not right, tell us the same day on WhatsApp at 0304 7773877 or by phone, and we will put it right.
Report issues the same day
Vegetables, fruits and herbs are perishable, so we can only judge a complaint fairly on the day of delivery.
Message us on WhatsApp at 0304 7773877 or call us the same day. A photo of the item helps us sort it out faster, but it is not required.
What we put right
If an item is wrong, missing, damaged or clearly poor quality, that is on us.
We replace it on your next delivery, or refund or adjust the amount, whichever is agreed with you.
Natural variation is not a defect
Vegetables and fruits are natural produce. Small differences in shape, colour, size and weight are normal and are not treated as a fault.
Clearly poor quality is a different matter, and we cover it as written above.
How refunds are made
The refund method is agreed with you directly on WhatsApp, in whichever way suits the order.
When your issue is confirmed, we agree with you on WhatsApp how the refund or adjustment will be made.
